Data Deletion Instructions

CAMTOOLS respects your privacy and provides you with the right to request the deletion of your personal data and customer account.
Requesting Deletion of Your CAMTOOLS Data
If you would like CAMTOOLS to delete the personal data associated with your customer account, including information received when using Facebook Login or Google Sign-In, you can submit a deletion request using one of the methods below.

To help us identify your account, please include the email address associated with your CAMTOOLS account. For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Please indicate that your request concerns the deletion of your personal data and provide the email address associated with your CAMTOOLS account.
Facebook Login Data
If you created or accessed your CAMTOOLS account using Facebook Login, CAMTOOLS may have received basic information associated with your Facebook account, such as your name, email address, Facebook account identifier and basic profile information, depending on the permissions you authorized.
When you request deletion of your CAMTOOLS account, we will delete Facebook-derived personal information associated with your CAMTOOLS account, except where retention is required by applicable law or necessary for legitimate legal obligations.
You may also remove CAMTOOLS from your Facebook account by accessing your Facebook settings and removing CAMTOOLS from the list of apps and websites connected to your Facebook account.
Removing CAMTOOLS from Facebook stops future access through Facebook Login, but it may not automatically delete information already associated with your CAMTOOLS customer account. To request deletion of that information, please follow the instructions above.
Google Sign-In Data
If you created or accessed your CAMTOOLS account using Google Sign-In, CAMTOOLS may have received basic information associated with your Google Account, such as your name, email address, Google Account identifier and basic profile information.
When you request deletion of your CAMTOOLS account, we will delete Google-derived personal information associated with your CAMTOOLS account, except where retention is required by applicable law or necessary for legitimate legal obligations.
What Happens After Your Request
After receiving a valid deletion request, CAMTOOLS will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account.
Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other regulatory obligations.
Once the deletion process has been completed, the affected information will no longer be available through your CAMTOOLS customer account.
